Toni van den Bergh has worked in the healthcare funding industry for the past nineteen years. During this time she has worked in both medical scheme administration as well as funding; and since 2005, she has served as the Chief Executive and Principal Officer of Momentum Health.

She has gained a number of post-graduate qualifications in Health financing, benefit planning and managed healthcare, both locally and abroad.

Toni has served on numerous of Boards and Committees in the past, including the previously constituted Financial Planning Institute of South Africa, the Sovereign Health Pension Fund, the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) and the Health Quality Association. She is currently a Director of the Health Funders Association.
